Shipping Policies
1. Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times:

3. Packaging & Handling
Our extra virgin olive oil is packaged in glass bottles, so we take extra care in packaging to prevent breakage during transit. Each order is securely wrapped with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Some countries may have import restrictions on olive oil. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
